Fall Yoga and Meditation Weekend Retreat

Rest, relax and renew with Yoga, Meditation, guided movement and fun group activities, all in a natural setting. Time out for canoeing, kayaking, hiking the trails, walking the boardwalk and connecting to yourself and nature
Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday after lunch at 1.30 pm.
Accommodations are shared (single accommodation available at extra cost) and meals are vegetarian. Beginners are welcome ! Instructors have a combined experience of over 20 years teaching in Kripalu and other Hatha Yoga traditions.
